Developed Prototype Rights

For prototypes and code we develop for your projects, ownership terms are typically specified in individual service agreements. Generally, clients receive ownership or license rights to the deliverables upon completion and full payment, while we may retain the right to use general methodologies and non-proprietary code in future projects.

License Grants

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and services for their intended purposes. This license does not include any right to resell or commercial use of our services, collection or use of product listings or descriptions, derivative use of our services or their contents, or any use of data mining or similar data gathering methods.

Late Payment

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick Build shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to us for services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification
